Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the Foundation, coordinates organisational development, oversees programme implementation, develops partnerships and ensures that the Foundation remains focused on its mission and community impact.
Co-Founder
Independent governance, oversight and accountability, meeting quarterly.
Chairperson
Provides strategic governance and oversight to the Foundation, supporting accountability, responsible decision-making and alignment with the Foundation's mission, values and long-term direction.
The team delivering programmes and running the Foundation day to day.
Operations Manager
Oversees day-to-day operational coordination, logistics and organisational support, helping ensure that programmes and activities are implemented efficiently and effectively.
Finance & Administration Manager
Supports the Foundation's financial and administrative functions, including budgeting, financial record-keeping, administrative coordination and strengthening accountability in the use of organisational resources.
Communications, Media & Digital Engagement Manager
Leads communications, storytelling, media engagement and digital visibility, helping document the Foundation's work and communicate its impact to communities, partners, donors and the wider public.
Community Engagement & Partnerships Manager
Leads community engagement and supports the development and maintenance of relationships with community members, local stakeholders, partners and other organisations that share the Foundation's vision.
Our Constitution, adopted on 21 June 2024, provides for quarterly Board meetings, annual general meetings and monthly staff meetings.
Receive reports at the annual general meeting and hold leadership accountable.
Provides oversight and strategic direction, meeting quarterly.
Accountable to the Board for operations and programme delivery.
Deliver programmes and meet monthly to review progress.
Protecting children and vulnerable people and promoting safe programme environments.
Approved budgets, appropriate records and responsible reporting.
Protecting beneficiary dignity, confidentiality and responsible use of stories.
Partner with Cistern of Hope Foundation to strengthen pathways for children, young people, women, families and communities.
