Under the leadership of Simon Marshal, WarrioNotes Fellowship Australia demonstrated its compassion and commitment to vulnerable families by supporting Cistern of Hope Foundation on 13 January 2025 to purchase shoes and socks for 8 children from less fortunate backgrounds.

This support came at a particularly important time, as schools were preparing to reopen. By helping provide essential school items, the fellowship eased some of the financial pressure on families and helped parents meet their children's needs as they prepared to return to school.

Beyond the shoes and socks, this act of generosity brought relief, dignity, and encouragement to families facing financial challenges. It also helped children prepare for the school term with essential items that many families struggle to afford.
